2. How about your warranty and after-sale policy?
Two years warranty is free..
We provide 24 hour phone answering service and real-time remote
control service if you have any problem with our led screen.
3. How long time I can get the cargos after placing the order ?
Our production time is about 7~ 15 working days;
When we confirmed the order, after we get your deposit, we can
start production, we will update the production details in time;
Before finish, we will notice you and after we get full payment, we
can delivery the goods to you.
About the time from start port to destination, that depends on the
distance and the state of the sea company or airport company
4. What's the difference of DIP(1R1G1B) and DIP(3 in 1) ?
DIP(One LED, 3 in 1) LED Display, one pixel has one LED lamp, 3 led
chips in one LED Lamp;
Traditional DIP( 1R1G1B) use 3 LED Lamp in one pixel.
5. How I can make payment?
We support T/T, West Union and so on.
And about payment, we need you pay us 30% as deposit, for the rest
part, before delivery.

A:Yes,it have HD video function with Novastar controlling system.
3:what is your payment term?How long it takes to delivery?
A:We usually accapt the T/T or L/C.both of them will at least 30%
deposit in advance,and the rest of 70% will paid before
delivery.The lead time is usually 20 days
4: How can you ensure the led display product quality?
A:Before shippment,all the screens have aging test.and then we also
have waterproof test and shake test,ensure products can
transportation safety and normal use.
5: What is your pre-sale and post-sale service?
A:For pre-sale service,we have professional sales team and
technical team,who are willing to answer your question within 24
hours.
For post-sale service,we will instruct you how toinstallation,how
to use,how to change the broken moudles,and we can also send the
technicals to your country,in general,our led display will not have
a big problem,you can rest assured to buy.
6: How to choose suitable led display?
A:Please offer size about width and height,for outdoor fix led
display,it would be more better to offer installation height and
viewing distance,we will recommend suitable led display for your
project.We will more appreciate you can offer photos of screen
