Q2: How long is the production lead time ?
A2: Normally it is 20 working days after receipt of 30% deposit
.For some urgent project ,please talk to us then we will try our
best to meet your requirements.

A3: Outdoor models: P4mm , P4.8mm, P5mm, P6mm, P8mm, P10mm and
P16mm
Indoor models: P1.66, P1.92mm, P2mm, P2.5mm, P3mm, P4mm, P3.91mm,
P4.8mm, P5mm, P6mm, P7.62mm, P8mm, P10mm
Q4: What's the controlling system used on your LED screen ?
A4: Our standard controlling systems are Linsn and Novastar which
are the most popular in the market. Also support other controlling
system such as Xixun,Colorlight, etc.
Q5: How about the size of project?
A5: Please offer the size with "width by height" of project. We
will offer the suitable solution for your project size. I will
appreciate it if any drawing files about installation offered.
Q6: How is your service?

1. We offer 2-3 years warranty. Life time free maintenance and
upgrade. 2.Full set of documents free of charge, which including
installation guidance, software operation manual, easy maintenance
manual and control system software CD and so on.
3. Complaint respond period not exceed 1 working day;
4. Free technician training can be offered either when you are in
our factory for inspection the goods or via remote control .
